Born and bought up in Coal Capital of India i.e. Dhanbad (Jharkhand). After completing my Civil engineering from prestigious UPES, Dehradun turned myself into development sector and took my Masters in Rural Development Management. My first job is in Bihar SRLM as Young Professional and kick-start my career by nourishment of 2200+ SHGs, 150+ Village Organisation and engages them in different Livelihood activities including Farm, Arts and craft, Non Farm and other off farm activities.

PPIA Fellowship will help me to understand how the whole government functions and their bottlenecks especially at district level. Convergence of all the departments in district to come with a synergy will truly help me in my fellowship to grow interpersonally and intrapersonally and y work will positively affect District Administration and TRIF.
