Bio- Sociological reference alway fascinated me as they belong to my surroundings. Wherever I go I find the traits of diversity in Unity. I always enjoy reading books and the people. After earning masters, I wanted to serve my society with all my potential in way to return to it whatever society provided me with. The journey and my then exposure took me to the preparation for Government opportunities, meanwhile I came to know about Gandhi Fellowship. The journey of Gandhi Fellowship in Gadchiroli, a remote and naxal affected district of Maharashtra, provided me with a new vision, empathy, acceptance towards different gender, class, creed and culture. I came to learn about the difference between sociological theories and the social realities. Many steps have been taken and many more are awaited in the path of development. I tried to use the amalgamation of theories and practical experiences Later in my responsibilities as Rural Coordinator in Indo Global Social Service Society in remote Districts of Uttar Pradesh,Siddhartha Nagar and Maharajganj. There I served the needy people with the services in health, Sanitation, livelihood development and food safety during COVID Pandemic in accordance with district administration. Further I benefited with an opportunity to serve the youth with my academic knowledge in Jawaharlal Nehru Smarak Post Graduation College. I helped many of students with career counseling, motivation, Office skills apart from their syllabus and course. Working as Public Policy In Action Fellow, will add a feather in my hat by boosting my expertise and empathy towards the last person of the Sociey, it will also add some improvement in my accountability and skills in the path to become a development professional.
