Post my degree in Rural Management, I joined Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (a society formed by Jharkhand State Government, registered under Societies Registration Act), to get the immense opportunities to expose myself to field realities of development sector and had immense learning related to implementation of the project on the grassroots level.

Being a Young Professional – Financial Inclusion, for three years, I am responsible for providing financial literacy, counselling services on savings, credit and Insurance. I am also held responsible for imparting as well as enhancing technical knowledge among the Community cadres. Being posted at district level, monitoring and ensuring high quality and timely inputs and achieving related outputs in a cost effective and timely manner was also one of my vital roles. I have also closely worked with the District/Block administration which has made me develop a sense of responsibility and accountability.

I am keen to work with the community for their betterment which gives a sense of satisfaction towards my work and it provides me with the desired motivation to achieve my goals.

I am organized, resourceful, personable and a fast learner. Being a Development Professional with three years of hands on experience, I have acquired great Management and Leadership skills too. These skills will help me in navigating the fellowship program.
