I am Graduated from Aligarh Muslim University Born and bought up in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. I have started my career as HR coordinator, then I was promoted to HR executive. Luckily, I got a chance to work with a Local school as a Guest Faculty. I was so amazed to see the culture of the school. Especially when I deal with students with different queries, different solutions and creative ideas. I got the kick that this is what I really wanted to do in my career. “Solving the problems”.

I felt that I needed to infuse my life with a career with greater meaning and yearned for more depth in my professional life.

In July 2019 I joined Dr Reddy’s foundation as a Trainer/ Educator. I choose to work in the education domain to help strengthen the education system in NGOs. I always wanted to do something better for society, especially the underprivileged section. In DRF we work with such students and provide them training and employment, So that they can generate income for their family. Our Motto was “Better skills Better jobs“.

During my stint in DRF, I have interacted with different school communities, village communities, focus group discussions, designed and organized workshops for students’ parents, making strategies and planning for students, and community mobilization . Now I realized that I need to work on a large scale to make a better society This fellowship will provide me a platform to work on a large scale and make a large impact.

This fellowship offers me the unique opportunity to combine professional growth with social commitment and purpose. I will be engaging with a talent pool of passionate and highly qualified members. I believe building knowledge through research is critical, but this must be deeply rooted in practical ground realities for applicability. Working on the ground is a value for me.
