I graduated in Psychology (H) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi. I am a business strategist by profession and a sustainability enthusiast by passion. My professional career encompasses myriad experiences, from having worked in a Global Conglomerate in Thailand on various verticals of our sustainable businesses as part of the Office of CEO, to have also worked recently in the Chairman’s office of an Indian Champion company in the ‘Strategy & Policy’ wing focusing on ensuring digital accessibility to every last mile citizen in India.

My experience and learning as a ‘One Young World’ Ambassador further strengthened my interest and belief in inventing sustainable solutions to bridge disparities. As part of this endeavor, I had worked on projects concerning Human rights, Gender Equality, Building Sustainable Workplaces to make organizations and its’ businesses more inclusive & conducive for diverse employees.

I am a firm believer that the three pillars — government, civil society and business — must work together to sustain the process of building a nation. And I am sure that my experience in crafting strategy for global businesses, coupled with my passion to build a sustainable world will propel me to localize global best practices and channelize them towards strengthening livelihood linkages at the last mile. As local economies and local governance models are the backbone of true democracy, I am looking forward to contributing immensely to building and strengthening the local economic and governance models in my assigned districts so that no citizen is devoid of opportunities and resources.
