I have done my masters from Department of Social Work, University of Delhi. After completing my masters, I joined Tata Trusts as District Lead to work with District Administration for implementation of National Nutrition Mission at Banka, Bihar. I was involved in management support and implementation with collaboration of field expertise and other consultants. In addition to this, I have also worked with a local NGO named Nav Nirman Kendra during Pandemic as Project Coordinator. My previous job was at District Mineral Foundation Trust, Palamu as Junior Research Fellow where, I worked for the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Khanij Kshetra Kalyan Yojana.

Working with community is something I have always been interested in, especially working in rural areas. I have graduated from Jharkhand where I have seen the problems faced by tribal people in the field of education, medical services and fulfilling other basic necessities. While, I have always been compassionate about improving the situation around me to the best of my capability, I used to take up the work professionally, with the right training and guidance.
