Public Policy in Action (PPIA) Fellowship is a 3-year intensive programme that will provide highly motivated young professionals an opportunity to work with the District Administration. The Fellowship is designed as a win-win opportunity for bringing young talent to work embedded inside government for a short-duration, offering public programmes and government to benefit from new skill sets, perspectives, and linkages at the same time offer young Indians invaluable experience of working inside the government and be mentored by the best.

Introduce and instill business process reforms within the public administration through convergence, data analysis and spotlighting.
Provide techno-managerial support for various government functionaries within the district by introducing innovations and best practices from across the country and the world.
Facilitate collaboration between key stakeholders within the government and the broader civil society in planning, implementation and monitoring of public programmes.
Create a knowledge hub within the district to seed best practices and bringing results focus through data-driven governance.
